Monday weather: Mostly sunny, with highs in the mid-50s

We'll warm back into the 50s Friday as clouds build back into the area bring our next chance of rain by Friday night. An east northeast wind of 6 to 9 miles per hour will become northwest after midnight. Overnight lows will fall into the low to upper 20s, the National Weather Service in Valley, Nebraska, said. South wind 5 to 10 miles per hour.

And Saturday will be mostly sunny with a high near 44.

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 31. Less than a tenth of an inch of precipitation is possible.

Friday Night - A 30 percent chance of showers before 11pm. Accumulations 3 to 4 inches possible.

Friday Sunny, with a high near 74. East winds 10 to 15 miles per hour. Before it started again just after noon, the precipitation had varied from heavy snow in the early morning, to nearly nothing, and then to a light wintry mix.

Most of us are dry this afternoon but we do have a 30% chance of some leftover showers to sneak in through the day. Wind: N 15-20 miles per hour.

Saturday: Partly sunny, with a high near 77.

THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy skies and a little wintry mix to snow develop, with a high temperature of 39 degrees.

Sunday - Partly sunny, with a high near 42.

Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 62.

MONDAY: Mostly cloudy with snow showers. Chance of precipitation is 20%. South southeast wind 5 to 10 miles per hour.
