Yes, March 14th, the world stops to take note of that mathematical π that we all first encountered in middle school.

There are plenty of places to get some low-cost pie in the Seattle area on Pi day, celebrated predictably on March 14.

KNEADERS: Every slice of handmade pie is $1.50 with entree purchase while supplies last. Whether you're looking for a nostalgic whoopie pie or something a bit more. adult, you can find it locally.

BLAZE PIZZA: The fast-casual pizza chain will also have personal create-your-own pizzas for $3.14 on "Pi" Day.

And if you're not nerding out with other math aficionados around the world, chances are you're drooling over pizza or sweet pies you're going to honor the day with.

By the way, did you know that 55 percent of Americans plan to celebrate Pi Day this yea, according to National Today.
