"Celebrity Big Brother" season one debuted on CBS Wednesday (Feb. 7) and by the end of the hour, we knew that it was going to be even better than the original show.

When asked whether there's anyone in the administration that keeps POTUS in-check, Omarosa says she tried to be that person, but she was attacked and eventually ostracized by the President's closest allies.

When asked by co-star and TV comedian Ross Mathews if she was concerned for the U.S. under Mr Trump's leadership, she tearfully replied: "I'd like to say it's not my problem, but I can't say that because it's bad".

Ross: Should we be anxious?

Newman nods "yes" with tears in her eyes, saying "It's not going to be OK".

This stands in some contrast with a notable November 2016 Independent Journal Review interview in which Newman suggested her allegiance was with Trump's standing first and foremost.

Reports state otherwise. In fact, chief of staff John Kelly, who himself is now under fire, reportedly had to stop Manigault-Newman "triggering" Trump to post ridiculous tweets.

"Not very seriously", said spokesman Raj Shah, when asked about the White House reaction to the comments. And after the sneak peek hit the web, the White House is firing back. Omarosa denies that and said she merely resigned.

"I don't know", she admits. "Like, what is he going to tweet next?" she said. "I'm not there. It's not my, it's not my circus, not my monkeys".

If you thought Omarosa (she's back to just one name now) was done with the White House after allegedly being escorted from the building in December, you obviously thought very wrong. "I'm like, 'Don't you want to tease something to the viewers?' I'm hoping she does", Chen told The Hollywood Reporter.

Matthews asked her, "Does anybody say to him, 'What are you doing?'" However, she says, she was pushed out of his inner circle.

Earlier in the clip, Mathews tells her that he "never got" why she joined the White House.

Trump spokesperson Sarah Sanders claimed that Newman signed a resignation letter in order to "pursue other opportunities".

The latest season of Big Brother began on Feb.7, and for the first time ever on the USA edition, the popular reality competition series involves celebrities!
