Support stir in Kashmir, says Pakistan PM

Tribal leader Mohammad Aslam Dargarwal led the rally in Pashin and said that the Pakistani and Kashmiris were constantly standing together on the lingering issue of Kashmir which was a threat for peace in the region.

Shehbaz Sharif said that the Pakistani people have always raised their voices against the oppression of Indian force in occupied Kashmir and abuse of human rights.

JUI-F leader Ghulam Ali said: "Road to South Asia peace passes through Kashmir". "You can close your eyes, pretend nothing happened but they (Pakistan) have to realise what's in front of them and take action against such people", said Raveesh Kumar, the ministry's spokesman.

Thanking Pakistan for observing Kashmir Solidarity Day, and reiterating its full support to the oppressed Kashmiris, Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) today said that Pakistan is the only country which supports Kashmiri people unconditionally.

People of Kashmir are struggling peacefully for the right to self-determination which was promised by the global community.

He added that it is irony that the worldwide community stands as silent spectator while India renege on United Nations resolutions and launch violence, fake encounters, enforced disappearances, molestation, murders, and the use of pellet guns against defenseless population as India's officially sanctioned policy in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

The Pakistani ambassador added, "Recently, the Indian forces have employed new tactics [against the Kashmiris] ..., blinding thousands of innocent civilians by pellet guns".
