Meghan Markle Teases Bachelorette Party Plans Ahead Of Wedding To Prince Harry

A Scotland trip calls for tartan. From wearing a messy hair bun inside the Cardiff Castle, to showing her legs sans pantyhose during her and Prince Harry's engagement announcement- she hasn't compromised her own, more relaxed, fashion style in the name of tradition.

Crowds have been gathering outside Edinburgh Castle since this morning in anticipation of the royal visit.

While mingling with the crowd during their royal visit to Scotland on Tuesday, Markle and Prince Harry teased details about their respective bachelorette and bachelor parties to one lucky man.

'This is a unique opportunity to catch a glimpse of the couple ahead of their wedding in May, and of course, to wish them a happy first Valentine's Day as an engaged couple. Princess Diana famously wore a tartan wool dress on her first visit royal engagement when she was just 26 years old.

The actress was also wearing a crossbody bag and wide-legged black pants from Veronica Beard, similar to those worn at their first public appearance of 2018 at Reprezent Radio in Brixton, London. Strathberry is an Edinburgh based luxury label, founded in 2013 and last time Ms Markle sported one of their handbags it sold out in hours. Harry chose a grey coat along with a dark sweater, collared top, and black trousers. The pair were keen to chat with staff and talk about their experiences and how they changed their lives around.

The American actress and Harry are set to marry at Windsor Castle on May 20 (1am NZDT). It also employs staff who have experienced homelessness themselves. Next, the couple made their way to the Palace of Holyroodhouse to meet with Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon. The event commemorates Scotland's Year of Young People 2018, a program meant to inspire the country through its younger generation.

And Camilla was also caught unawares, albeit by a different horse, when she visited an equestrian centre in Brixton, South London in February a year ago.
