Take Down the Nergigante in Third Monster Hunter

Some creatures that make an appearance are Kushala Daora, which defends itself by generating strong wind storms, and Teostra, who spits fire at any hunter who dares to face it in battle. In addition to the Great Jagras, Anjanath and Barroth quests in the previous betas, the new beta has a quest featuring "flagship monster" Nergigante. From what Capcom has been showing, it's safe to assume that the game is packed with a decent amount of content and a world where players will be spending quite some time in. One, named Dodogama, has a unique saliva that causes rock to become explosive.

Capcom has just wrapped up a live broadcast focusing on this month's Monster Hunter: World, in which the publisher shared some brand new information and footage. Here's the forecast: the most exciting upcoming PC games.

Players on PS4 and Xbox One will be able to play Monster Hunter: World already from January 26, 2018.

Finally, the company talked about their plans for post release support, including both DLC and regular free content updates. The first major title update will be coming in Spring 2018 which includes the addition of the fan-favorite monster Deviljho.

This trailer shows off "several new and returning favourite Elder Dragons", which are some of the most powerful recurring enemies in the Monster Hunter series.

In other Monster Hunter World news, the publisher of gaming magazine Famitsu predicts that the game has the potential to sell 10 million copies worldwide, mainly due to its popularity in Japan.
