Those odds looked somewhat generous after the first round and appeared faintly ridiculous after Woods birdied three of his first four holes on day two and eagled the ninth in spectacular fashion to claim the outright lead.

Tiger Woods made the turn at one under par in the opening round of the Hero World Challenge at the Albany resort in the Bahamas. None", Woods said. "One of the reasons why I played nine straight days at home (recently). "They were dry, they were rolling out and I air-mailed a few of them well past the hole but I really did struggle with my speed".

"Frankie woke up about 4am so I fed him and went back to bed but then I got back up and had a bit of toast and then a couple hours later we woke up again and had more play time with Frankie and then went to the course", he said.

His began with a par and after coming close on the opening two holes, picked up his first birdie of the day on the par-five third.

"I got the ball in the hole and the balls were going in, which was nice", Hoffman said in an interview with the Golf Channel. This is a new body that I'm getting used to. After two more birdies at the 3rd and 4th, he had a share of the lead for the first time in a professional tournament since the 2015 Wyndham Championship. Still, there's a lot more to learn. He stayed there after a birdie on the 11th but a 3-putt bogey on the 12th knocked him off that perch. Making his first start since a mid-tournament WD (Dubai Desert Classic) in February, there were plenty of questions marks entering the week. Sounds different. Feels different.

"It's awesome to see him playing some solid golf", said Patrick Reed, who moved into a tie for 10th with a 66.

"When that guy's healthy, everyone knows what that guy can do".
