An arrest warrant has been issued for Rose McGowan as a result of a felony drug charge stemming from items left behind on a United flight arriving at Washington Dulles International Airport on January 20.

According to Deadline Hollywood, the belongings were left behind at Washington Dulles International Airport after McGowan arrived on a flight from Los Angeles.

Rose McGowan, one of Harvey Weinstein's accusers in a massive Hollywood sexual misconduct scandal, is in legal hot water.

"Are they trying to silence me?"

Washington Airports police spokesperson Rob Yingling told Radar Online that "a warrant was entered into the system". There is a warrant out for my capture in Virginia.

McGowan did not explicitly state who she believes is trying to silence her, but several others have agreed with her sentiments. When McGowan was temporarily suspended from Twitter in the immediate aftermath of the first wave of allegations against Weinstein, she said "powerful forces" were at work to keep her quiet. This month, the star revealed she was assaulted by Weinstein in the 1990s and the claim has exposed Weinstein's years of abuse.

While there is no proof of any conspiracy tying her Weinstein allegations to the warrant, it comes just a few days after actor Corey Feldman, who has been working to expose pedophilia in the entertainment industry, was charged for marijuana possession after being pulled over for speeding in Louisiana.

McGowan who delivered the opening remarks at the Opening Day of the Women's Convention in Detroit on Friday spoke out about her life after the harassment and assault by the former film mogul.

A representative for the motion picture big shot beforehand told PEOPLE, "Any charges of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein". I have been slut-shamed.
