Can anyone confirm whether "overdramatic" was Taylor Swift's alternate title for this album?

Taylor Swift's newest album sold more than 717,000 copies in the U.S.in its first day of release, according to Buzzangle Music, putting the pop star on pace to potentially beat out week-one sales for her previous blockbuster.

Her follow-up to 2014's "1989", "reputation" is a collection of revenge tracks in which Swift pulls receipts on everyone from Kanye West to Tom Hiddleston, proving she will stop at nothing to get her musical revenge. "Here's something I've learned about people", she wrote. Swift, 27, is known for using her love life for inspiration without ever directly naming names.

"It was so nice being friends again/There I was giving you a second chance/But then you stabbed me in the back while shaking my hand/And therein lies the issue/Friends don't try to trick you/Get you on the phone and mind-twist you/And so I took an axe to a mended fence", she sings.

And for the portion of the internet sick of Swift's tendency to play the victim, look no further than "reputation" for evidence to support your annoyances. This second performance proves that we'll keep seeing glimpses of her every so often - just maybe not as much as we'd like, and that's not a bad thing.

The first song, "Are You Ready for It?", found Swift and her four dancers/backing singers performing to a pre-recorded backing track of the song's throbbing electronic rhythm.

So do we, Taylor.
