PlayStation's Paris Games Week show Releases New Games

Yes! PS4's Shadow of Colossus Remastered now has a release date. There's no current release date but you can check the announcement trailer above.

According to Rolling Stone magazine, the sequel to 2013's survival game will still be centred around the two main protagonists, Ellie and Joel, but the trailer debuts a host of new characters "that are integral to their next journey".

PS Plus games are typically revealed between 4-5pm United Kingdom time, so stay tuned for the announcement. Detroit Become Human from David Cage is more interactive movie with mutliple branching paths and storylines than, err, game. The game was announced for PlayStation 4 launching on next year. "Friends for Hire" is a mode that allows players to team up with friends to liberate Hope County.

We've been waiting a long time to hear what Sucker Punch has been working on and Ghost of Tsushima has been revealed as the next open world adventure from the developers of Infamous.

The Last of Us: Part II is the next title for the vastly successful IP that first appeared on PS3. Operating income increased 35.8 billion yen year-on-year to 54.8 billion yen. The seven new games, however, have not been named and are considered to be one of the most awaited surprises by Sony.

Finally giving series diehards what they were looking for, a new trailer for God of War was shown during the event and it is fittingly epic.

You won't learn much about the game from today's announcement other than it is a thing.

Regardless, Paris Games Week gave PlayStation 4 owners plenty to look forward to.
