Ex-Fox News Host Eric Bolling's Son Found Dead

A month after Huffington Post reported that Fox News host Eric Bolling had sent lewd text messages to female colleagues, the network announced it has made a decision to "part ways" with the beleaguered Trump supporter.

The allegations against Bolling first emerged in the Huffington Post, which cited 14 unnamed sources who claimed the presenter had texted unsolicited photos of male genitalia to female colleagues at Fox Business and Fox News.

Ali also broke the news Saturday that Eric Chase Bolling had died, tweeting: Very sad news, Eric Bolling's son, who was only 19, died last night.

In a statement Friday, a Fox News spokeswoman said, "Fox News Channel is canceling 'The Specialists, ' and Eric Bolling and Fox have agreed to part ways amicably".

He was the son of former Fox News host Eric Bolling. They described him as an excellent young man and sent their condolences to Eric's family.

He was Bolling's only son with wife Adrienne.

The rising Fox News host was suspended during the investigation and will now leave the network where he has anchored several different shows for the past 10 years.

"Details still unclear", he wrote.

Bolling's show, "The Fox News Specialists", premiered in the spring and aired at 5 p.m. Heldman claimed Bolling would often call or text her to ask her out to dinner or invite her to NY after her appearances on his show.

The news comes just one day after Fox News severed ties with Bolling after sexual harassment scandal.

A few TV analysts, including Fox News' Sean Hannity and CNN's Don Lemon, tweeted their sympathies for the Bolling family on Saturday.
