"She posts 24/7. It's controlled by an alleged management team that promotes absurd behaviour for a 14-year-old child".

Bregoli is now at the centre of an ongoing custody battle between her mother and father, and reportedly broke down in tears in the courtroom as her father read an emotional statement about his daughter's new-found fame.

Danielle Bregoli, 14, walked free from a Florida court on Tuesday after she pled guilty to two counts of grand theft, marijuana possession and filing a false police statement, TMZ reports.

She conceded unbelievable robbery, great burglary auto, ownership of cannabis and documenting a false report in a hearing in June.

This came after her headline grabbing appearance on ABC's Dr. Phil show last fall which shot her to fame with her now-infamous catchphrase "Cashmeousside, how bout dah?"

The state attorney's office also said Bregoli was found in a vehicle with marijuana this year.

Ira Peskowitz, Danielle Bregoli's estranged father, attended her sentencing hearing in Palm Beach today, WPBF reports.

The charges stemmed from incidents before her viral 2016 appearance on Dr. Phil.

This time she's in the news for avoiding jail time.

He also feels that she is being groomed for a career in pornography by adults who only want to leverage her newfound fame, WPBF reported.

"She needs to be here in Palm Beach County", he told the judge. The Bregoli mother and daughter were booted from a Spirit Airlines flight after getting into a dispute with another female passenger earlier this year.

The teen could also face additional charges for a battery incident in Lake Worth, Florida that happened earlier this year.
