Shia LaBeouf arrested again, this time for disorderly conduct, obstruction, and public drunkenness.

LaBeouf approached a citizen and an SCMPD officer around 4:00 a.m. close to the intersection of Barnard and W. St. He became disorderly, using profanities and vulgar language, when he wasn't given a cigarette, it said.

As of Saturday morning, LaBeouf has posted bond for his latest arrest and was released.

LaBeouf is now in Savannah filming 'The Peanut Butter Falcon'.

His name has since showed up on the Chatham County Sheriff's Office book log.

One white man (not LaBeouf) was booked for "possession of drug-related objects"; none were booked for marijuana possession. "LaBeouf was arrested in the hotel lobby, where his disorderly behavior continued". An officer asked him to stop, but LaBeouf refused, and he subsequently ran to a nearby hotel. He was arrested on misdemeanor assault and other charges. This is not the first time that the actor was arrested on charges of being drunk in public.

In 2011, LaBeouf was taken into police custody after an altercation with another patron at a bar in Sherman Oaks, California that ended with him being punched in the face.

Multiple media outlets reached out to Shia LaBeouf's manager and publicist after he was arrested on Saturday morning, but they have yet to comment or release a statement.

The 31-year-old actor has had multiple run-ins with the law stemming from drinking in the past.
