The pair are reported to have turned to a surrogate after discovering that Kim suffers from placenta accreta, which is a condition that would make another pregnancy life-threatening for her. Although best friend Chrissy Tiegen offered to carry the baby and Kim asked sister, Khloe Kardashian to be her surrogate, the couple turned instead to an agency to find the ideal woman to carry their child.

They parents are said to be paying the surrogate $45,000 in 10 monthly installments of $4,500, according to a TMZ report.

But like, imagine being Kim and Kanye's surrogate. That money comes in addition to a $68,850 deposit to an agency. The surrogate has also agreed to stay away from changing cat litter, dying their hair, eating raw fish, and drinking more than one caffeinated beverage per day.

In the midst of a tidal wave of bad news coming out of D.C. this week, at least we have some good news from one reality star: Kim and Kanye are expecting another baby!

According to Us Weekly, the surrogate is already three months pregnant.

It doesn't go according to plan for the Kardashian lady and she's anxious about her ability to conceive. The reality star has always spoken openly about her desire to have a big family. If the surrogate is pregnant with more than one child, she gets $5,000 for any additional babies. The lady, who knows about the way toward conveying another's tyke, has showed up in a limited time video about the surrogacy procedure with her family.

"If the two doctors that I trust have told me it wouldn't be safe for me to get pregnant again, I have to listen to that", she said.

The Armenian social media star had surgery to remove leftover placenta from her first pregnancy.

The contract which was crafted between the couple and the surrogate mom includes stipulations that account for the mother's health while she is carrying the babies.
