A former Michigan State football player who says he was punched in the jaw by Draymond Green last summer has filed a lawsuit against the National Basketball Association star, and Green is confident the suit will go nowhere. He said in his statement to police previous year that the first night that two men with Green choked him and another man choked his girlfriend.

A press release was issued Monday, July 24th announcing that an anonymous man and woman are suing Green, and would speak out today alongside their lawyer. "I am hopeful and confident this will be resolved soon".

"This lawsuit relates to an incident that occurred in East Lansing, Michigan, over a year ago, for which Draymond paid a noise violation fine", the statement said. He left East Lansing shortly after the incident.

A lawsuit is being filed against Warriors All-Star Draymond Green over an alleged assault. "Even close friends that I thought would be in my wedding some day", he said.

The lawsuit is tied to a series of incidents in 2016 during which Green allegedly attacked a former Michigan State football player after a run-in with the man and his girlfriend.

"I still feel that man's hand around my neck and it will forever be traumatizing", Williams said. Green that they claim have severely impacted their lives. "I told him last night didn't have to happen, and that it wasn't cool that Bianca got choked".

Green's public relations firm released a statement Tuesday, referring to the lawsuit's allegations as "misinformation".

Bloom, the daughter of attorney Gloria Allred, has defended celebrity clients such as comedian Kathy Griffin and model Blac Chyna.

The accusers are demanding an apology from Green, as well as accountability.
