Portugal worldwide Silva - who has scored seven goals in eight global matches - netted 21 times in 41 appearances in all competitions for Porto in 2016-17.

AC Milan captured Portugal sensation Andre Silva from Porto on a four-year deal Monday as the resurgent Serie A giants continue to build for next season.

Club of the Italian Series And "Milan" has agreed with "Port" transfer of the Portuguese striker Andre Silva.

He would become their fourth recruit in as many weeks following the signing of Swiss left-back Ricardo Rodriguez (Wolfsburg), Ivorian Franck Kessie (Atalanta) and Argentinian centre-back Mateo Musaccio. In October past year, Silva scored the first goal in the match for the Portuguese national team.

He scored 21 goals in 43 appearances across all competitions in 2016-17 and has already racked up seven goals in eight caps for Portugal. He's a crucial mixture of power, technique and finishing.

Milan, who announced in a statement that Silva had committed himself to the club until June 2022, described him as "one of the most promising players in Europe".

"I'm very happy to have joined such a prestigious club with such a great history", Silva said. If Ronaldo believes in the player, there must be something fairly special about him.

The striker has a release clause of €60m but Milan are hopeful with negotiations.

Silva is unlikely to be the last new arrival at the club this summer. Let us know in the comments section below.
